"The road has been a long one but the journey has been worth the ride.” This is probably the best way to summarize my experience in our photography studio. My personal experiences with photography and videography began as a child. Always playing with a video camera and absorbing my father’s love for the still camera. I never really thought I would become a photographer, it just kind of happened. My passion began to develop behind the eye of the video camera where I learned the hard way about exposure, lighting and composition. Shannon encouraged me to learn the art of photography and I am glad I did. Each art form is able to offer something the other cannot. Shannon and I have been friends since the 5th grade, were the best men at each other’s weddings and continue to watch our kids grow up together, so it was only natural that we would go into business together. When we both graduated with our MBA’s from William Woods University we knew it was time to start a business that would put our creative talents to work for us. Thus Creative Studios was born and we haven’t looked back since. My philosophy is simple. Photography is about emotion. A great photograph should tell a story and evoke feeling. It is my goal to create these photographs for our clients. I could go on and tell you about the awards our studio has won or what my qualifications are but in the end that really doesn’t matter. What matters is the quality of our work and how we care for our clients. This is what defines Creative Studios. I thank you for browsing our site and hope you enjoy what we do. I know that I do.

In your search for a photographer or videographer the choices seem endless at times, therefore, thank you for taking the time to navigate through our website and for viewing our work. So what can I say about myself to convince you that I’m your guy? Well, I’m not a wordsmith, my story is told by the imagery that I capture. With every photo I take or each video I produce I take a moment to pause, reflect, and then realize how great the world actually is and how blessed I am to be a part of it. In my profession most of what I do is capturing life. I capture moments in lives then retell stories for the world and future generations to see. There are no retakes, no second chances to capture the moment. What I do is reality in its fullest form. To some, my wedding films, fine art wedding books, or senior portraits don't carry as much credit as the music videos, action packed sport films or even TV commercials that I’ve done, but none the less, speak with any one of my clients and ask them was it worth it? The answer will always be yes. Imagery; it’s all about moments in time, that define who you are, where you’ve been, and who you have loved. Therefore, it is my goal to capture the true personalities of people which define who they are & where they are going… All my best, |
